1. Warranty Coverage
Best Cucina warrants that the 6.8L Air Fryer ("the Product") is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal domestic use for a period of 24 months (2 years) from the original date of purchase ("Warranty Period").
During this time, Best Cucina will, at its sole discretion:
- Repair the product;
- Replace the product with a new or refurbished unit of equal or greater value; or
- Provide a refund, where repair or replacement is not possible.
This Limited Warranty applies only to products purchased and used within the United Kingdom.
2. What the Warranty Covers
This warranty covers defects that arise from:
- Manufacturing faults
- Faulty components
- Electrical or mechanical failure not caused by user misuse
- Premature failure of parts under normal household operation
- Non-functioning controls, display modules, sensors, heating elements, or safety shut-off systems
3. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover
This warranty does not apply to damage, faults, or failure resulting from:
3.1 Misuse, Abuse, or Negligence
- Dropping the appliance
- Operating without food or beyond the recommended capacity
- Using non-approved accessories or parts
- Cleaning with corrosive chemicals, abrasive pads, or submerging the unit in water
3.2 Commercial or Non-Domestic Use
This product is intended strictly for household use. Warranty is void if used in restaurants, canteens, food trucks, offices, rental kitchens, or any commercial environment.
3.3 Improper Operation
- Failure to follow the instructions in the user manual
- Using incompatible power sources or extension leads
- Obstructing air vents causing overheating
3.4 Normal Wear and Tear
- Discolouration
- Minor cosmetic blemishes
- Degradation of non-stick coatings over time
3.5 Unauthorised Repairs or Modifications
Any modification, tampering, or repair performed by an unauthorised technician will void the warranty immediately.
4. Warranty Claim Procedure
To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide:
- Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or invoice)
- Product model and serial number
- A clear description of the fault
- Photographs or videos demonstrating the issue (if requested)

5. Replacement Policy
If the model is discontinued or unavailable, Best Cucina reserves the right to replace the product with an updated model of equal or greater functionality.
Replacements provided under warranty do not restart or extend the original warranty period.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Best Cucina shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of food, time, or use of the appliance
- Shipping damage occurring due to improper packaging by the customer during return
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights under UK consumer law, which cannot be excluded.
7. Safety Reminder
The customer is responsible for ensuring the product is used in accordance with the safety instructions provided in the manual.
Improper use may present a risk of fire, electric shock, burns, or injury and is not covered under warranty.
